Before you start, you'll need:

A Facebook account — used to connect with your sponsor and the EFP Club community group. A personal profile is all you need.
A username and password for EFP Club — keep them simple and write them down. Your username is your public member name here.
Your sponsor's username (if someone invited you). This connects you to the person supporting you through your first 3 days. If you found us on your own, leave it blank.
