This Privacy Policy explains what information EFP Club collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. EFP Club is operated by Johnny (New Zealand) and Elvin (Nigeria), currently on an informal basis. We take your privacy seriously, in the same calm, honest spirit as the rest of the club.
Account information you give us directly: your first and last name (optional), username, email address, and password when you register; your sponsor's username, if any.
Profile information you choose to add: a profile photo (My Photo), and any platform usernames or links you save on My Links (such as your OLSP Academy, LeadsLeap, MLGS, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or email marketing details). These are entered voluntarily to personalise your experience and are used to power features like your swipe copy and referral links.
Activity within the club: which Orientation steps you've completed, your Earn First credit history, your referrals and downline relationships, Club News posts or comments you make, and support requests you send us.
Payment-related information, if and when applicable: if withdrawal or payment features are enabled for your account, we may collect payment details you provide (such as a PayPal address or similar) solely to process that transaction.
Technical information: your IP address at registration, and basic technical data such as browser type, collected automatically to help keep the platform secure and working properly.
Cookies: EFP Club uses a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in while you use the site. We don't currently use advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not use your information to run third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
With your sponsor and downline, in a limited way. Your username, profile photo (if set), and referral status may be visible to your sponsor and the people you've referred, since that visibility is part of how the support relationship and matrix work. We don't share your email address, password, or private account details this way.
With service providers who help us run EFP Club — for example, our hosting provider and email delivery service — only as needed to operate the site, and only under obligations to keep your information confidential.
With third-party platforms — never automatically. If you choose to join OLSP Academy, LeadsLeap, MLGS, or any other partner platform, you're creating a separate, independent account directly with that platform. We don't transmit your EFP Club account details to them; any information you provide when you sign up on those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.
If required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of EFP Club, our members, or the public.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Johnny is based in New Zealand and Elvin is based in Nigeria, and EFP Club members join from many different countries. This means your information may be processed or stored in a country other than the one you live in. We take reasonable steps to protect your information wherever it's processed, and by using EFP Club, you understand that this international handling is part of how the service works. If you live in a country where local law gives you rights that can't be waived, this section doesn't take those rights away.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure password storage. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take this responsibility seriously and will let you know if we ever become aware of a security issue affecting your data, as required by law.
You can review and update most of your information at any time through My Account. You can add, update, or remove your profile photo at any time through My Photo — it's never shared anywhere outside the platform.
If you'd like to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or close your account entirely, contact us at support@efpclub.com and we'll help you directly. Where local law gives you additional rights over your personal data (such as data portability or the right to object to certain processing), we'll honour those to the extent they apply.
EFP Club is intended for people aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than that. If you believe a younger person has created an account, please let us know at support@efpclub.com and we'll look into it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as EFP Club grows and changes. We'll post the updated version here, and let you know through Club News or email if a change is significant.
