EFP Club ("EFP Club," "we," "us," "our") is a community platform operated by Johnny (based in New Zealand) and Elvin (based in Nigeria), currently run informally as individuals rather than through a registered company. If EFP Club is formally incorporated in the future, these Terms will be updated to reflect the new legal entity, and members will be notified.
EFP Club is part of the wider JVNetForce ecosystem (OLSP Academy → EFP Club → MAPPED → Journey Builder → CancelPoverty → JVNetForce), a set of connected platforms designed to help everyday people learn and earn online in a calm, structured, ethical way.
By creating an account or using any part of EFP Club, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use EFP Club.
You must be at least 16 years old to join EFP Club. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
EFP Club is free to join. No payment or credit card is required to create an account.
You're responsible for keeping your username and password secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Please use a real, working email address — it's how we contact you and how your account connects to other tools.
You may only create one EFP Club account per person. If we find multiple accounts created by the same person to gain an unfair advantage in referrals, Earn First credits, or the matrix system, we may merge, suspend, or remove the extra accounts.
You can update your profile information, change your password, and manage your account at any time through My Account. You can add or remove your profile photo at any time through My Photo.
When you join through another member's invite link, that member becomes your sponsor — the person who supports you through your first three days and beyond. If you join without an invite link, a community leader is assigned to support you instead.
Being someone's sponsor or referral doesn't create any financial obligation between members. It's a support relationship, not a contractual one. Any commissions or credits tied to referrals are governed separately by Section 6 below.
You may not misrepresent your relationship to EFP Club, fabricate referrals, create fake accounts to refer yourself, or otherwise attempt to manipulate the referral or matrix system. Doing so may result in suspension or removal of your account and forfeiture of any related credits or balances.
EFP Club encourages members to set up accounts on independent third-party platforms — including but not limited to OLSP Academy, LeadsLeap, and MyLeadGenSecret (MLGS) — as part of the earning pathway. These platforms are owned and operated by separate companies, not by EFP Club.
When you join or use a third-party platform, you're entering into a separate agreement directly with that platform, governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy. EFP Club is not responsible for the availability, pricing, performance, policies, or conduct of any third-party platform, and we don't guarantee that any link, referral ID, or integration will always work exactly as described.
Earn First credits are earned when someone joins EFP Club through your personal link and their sale is confirmed. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used to unlock specific memberships or upgrades within the ecosystem (such as JVNetForce or other listed programs), as described on the Earn First page at the time.
Commission earnings, where applicable, are based on real activity — such as confirmed upgrades by people in your network on partner platforms — and are tracked on your Earnings page. We do not guarantee any level of income, and how much (if anything) you earn depends entirely on your own activity and that of the people you bring into the community. EFP Club is not a guaranteed-income opportunity, and nothing in these Terms or on the site should be read as a promise of earnings.
Withdrawals of real commission balances may be subject to eligibility conditions described on the site at the time — for example, a minimum number of verified upgrades within your network — and to reasonable verification, which may include proof of payment or other supporting evidence. As of the date these Terms were last updated: each individual commission credit becomes withdrawable 28 days after it's credited to your account (this hold applies separately to each credit, not once overall), a minimum of $20 USD in matured balance is required to request a withdrawal, and payment is made by direct transfer, converted to your currency at the prevailing rate, with any transfer fee being your responsibility. We reserve the right to review, delay, or decline a withdrawal request if we reasonably suspect fraud, fabricated evidence, or a violation of these Terms, and to investigate before releasing funds.
We may change the structure, rates, or rules of Earn First, commissions, or withdrawals at any time, with reasonable notice posted on the site (such as through Club News).
While using EFP Club, you agree not to:
We built EFP Club to be calm, honest, and beginner-safe. Behavior that undermines that — for yourself or for others — may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from the community.
Some parts of EFP Club let you submit content — your profile photo, Club News comments, platform requests, and similar. You retain ownership of anything you submit, but you give EFP Club permission to display it within the platform for the purpose it was submitted for (for example, showing your photo to your sponsor and downline, or displaying your Club News comment).
We may remove any submitted content that violates these Terms, without needing to give advance notice.
The EFP Club name, logo, the MAPPED framework, the JVNetForce ecosystem materials, and other original content on the site belong to Johnny and Elvin (or EFP Club, once formally established). You're welcome to share links to EFP Club and use the swipe copy and templates provided for your own marketing, but you may not copy, republish, or claim ownership of EFP Club's branding or original written material outside of that intended use.
You may stop using EFP Club and close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if we're required to do so by law. Where reasonably possible, we'll let you know why. Earn First credits and unverified balances are not guaranteed to be preserved if an account is terminated for a violation of these Terms.
EFP Club is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it calm, honest, and functioning well, but we don't guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that any particular outcome — financial or otherwise — will result from your participation.
We are not a licensed financial advisor, and nothing on EFP Club should be taken as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Johnny and Elvin (and EFP Club, once formally established) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of EFP Club or any third-party platform linked from it, including loss of income, data, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or any consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time as EFP Club grows. When we do, we'll post the updated version here and note the change through Club News or email where the change is significant. Continuing to use EFP Club after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are primarily governed by the laws of New Zealand. If you live somewhere with consumer protection laws that can't be overridden by agreement, those local protections still apply to you regardless of this clause.
We'd always rather resolve a disagreement directly and calmly first — please reach out to support@efpclub.com before taking any formal action.
